Land with a cottage on the banks of the Little Danube

We offer for sale a plot of land with a cottage directly on the bank of the Little Danube with its own pier and entrance to the water. The plot has an area of 533 m2 in the village of Potônske Luky and is 30 minutes away from Bratislava and 15 minutes from the Danube Center. It is located in a private, enclosed complex with several cottages, so you are more protected from the eyes of curious people.
From the extensive terrace you can observe life on the Little Danube.
Opposite the cottage across the Danube is an island where construction is not allowed, which adds to the feeling of privacy in the bosom of nature. From the plot there is access to the river level, you will find a pier where you can anchor your own boat, throw hooks, or feed swans and ducks.

There is also an elevated children's cottage with swings, a sandpit, a climbing wall and a slide and an indispensable rudder to help children feel like the "Danube Navigator".
The soil between the well at the entrance and the trampoline is ready for cultivation - currently there are sweet strawberries, a high-yielding fig and two hazelnuts.
The possibilities of using the Little Danube are great, including fishing, feeding aquatic animals from the pier, paddling, paddleboarding. This location offers the possibility of interesting cycling trips, visits to Malkia Park, the Slovakia Ring racetrack, the military museum, the thermal park, the Black Water diving area, several water mills and golf courses.
