RD project documentation

I am selling a project of a single family house with a living attic available for 6+kq. Built area 108 m2, floor area 162 m2.
The project documentation has been prepared, contains all the necessary calculations, technical reports (fire, electrical...), a valid energy label and will be transmitted in printed and digital form. The designer has waived the copyright, so nothing prevents the use and modification of this documentation, originally written in my name.
