The floor is of reclaimed concrete with anchorages for 3 lifts, large side windows have been replaced with plastic, the space is naturally lighted and has artificial lighting with LED lights.
The premises are connected to electricity (220V and 400V) and water with separate meters.
The car service has new electrical installations and a reasonably well-designed multi-connection air distribution system. Heating is provided by a 30 kW heating oil boiler. Parking spaces for 4 passengers + 1 van can be rented in front of the car service.
The rental fee is 875,- EUR per month + a water and electricity deposit of about 160 EUR + rental fees for parking spaces (61,5,- EUR for a car and 86,10,- EUR for a van).
Car service can also be provided with equipment (4-pillar lift, 2-pillar lift, 3D geometry, balancer, etc.). The price of these equipment is not included in the price and will be discussed individually with the owner.
The reason for the resignation is that the owner is engaged in other business activities and no longer has enough time to devote to it fully.
