Hello, I'm offering to rent a cottage in southern Bohemia.
The cottage is located by the river Lužnice and the pond Švadlačka.
There's a nice sitting area in the fenced garden with a fireplace and barbecue and you can park in it.
The cottage is fully furnished, kitchen, bedroom/living room with TV, bathroom with shower, toilet, balcony, garage for bicycles, or fishing gear.

The surroundings offer excellent conditions for cycling, sightseeing, forests for mushrooms and fishing on the Lužnica River and nearby sand dunes.
Near the cottage, about 0.5 km, there is a caravan camp, where you can try wakeboarding and refresh yourself in a restaurant.
7 km away are the sandy beaches of Vlkov and Veselí nad Lužnicí, where there is a beautiful swimming pool and fishing.
