Former Hotel - Partisan, downtown

The building that we are offering you in the center is located directly on the square of the district town of Partizánske, formerly known as Baťovany. The subject of the sale are two floors of this iconic building, which together offer 2,782 square meters of usable area. Currently only part of the building is in operation, the top floor has remained in its original state.
The building has two elevators and two stairs that cover all floors. This architectural dominance is planted in the green environment of the largest square in Slovakia. The second floor, measuring 1,235 square meters, was converted into a new hotel after the reconstruction in 1988.
