I offer for long-term rental a cooperative apartment with 2+1 in Žďár nad Sázavou on Chelčický Street. The apartment is located near good accessibility of civic facilities and transport hub (train, bus station, MHD). Nearby is a shopping center, kindergarten and primary school.
The apartment has a total area of 58 m2 and is located on the 5th floor of an apartment building with an elevator.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2019. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette including appliances (pipe, cooking plate, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator). In the bathroom there is a shower with toilet. The washing machine is not part of the equipment. The other rooms are without equipment.
The apartment is vacant from May 2026 and is intended for non-smokers and without pets. The rent is CZK 12 000 + advance payments for water, warehouse, heating and cooperative fees are CZK 4 500.
