The apartment with the size of 37 square meters is located in Kanianke on SNP Street near the dam. The apartment is southwest oriented with a nice view. The apartment is on 3 floors without elevator in an apartment building from the 2000s. The apartment is very bright with a large balcony, a reasonably large basement. The apartment is rented without equipment.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a cabinet under the sink, a designer nicho above the toilet, a warm-toned upholstery.
We're looking for a long-term tenant for 1 year.
RENTAL CONDITIONS 2x a refundable deposit of the monthly rent and 1x the rent for the following month, always due by the 25th of the month.
