I offer for long-term rental an apartment in Havirov - Podlesie, Junácká Street. The apartment has a floor area of 36m2. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a panel house after complete revitalization (heating, plastic windows, escalating wiring, electrical wiring). The apartment has floating floors and paving. The rent is CZK 7000/month. Electricity is collected and gas will be transferred to the tenant and paid directly to the service provider. In addition to the rent, service advances of CZK 2680/month and a co-operative fee of CZK 800/month are paid.
I prefer a non-smoker, no pets, executed, insolvent, with demonstrably sufficient income, I reserve the right to select tenants based on my chosen criteria.
