Rental of two rooms

I rent a two-room house located in Trenčín - Záblatie, near Trenčín University. The house is about 80m2 in size, and consists of an entrance hallway with storage space, living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with toilet, separate toilet and basement. The house is fully furnished with furniture: kitchenette including glass ceramic cooking plate, air-conditioning, built-in refrigerator with a corner, built-in washing machine, newly painted tubs, in the bedroom a double bed and a sofa extension, in the living room a non-residential office with a mobile home, a conference room and a table. The price is EUR 2 per square meter, with a non-rapid rainfall, a table with 2 tablets.
