House to be remodeled

I am selling an old house of mixed timber for complete reconstruction. The house stands independently on a plot of land with an area of 304 m2. Water from the water supply line, sewage, electricity 380 V, are newly introduced into the house, gas at a distance of 6 meters. The house is 22 km from the center of Brno (Svobodac) I am selling for the price of a land with a network.
The village where the house is located was the setting of the 1963 film U nás v Mechově and the atmosphere is still as magical. The village is impassable. There are primary schools, kindergarten to 5th grade, Sokolovna, restaurants, self-service and bus transportation to 20 km away from Brno and surrounding villages.
The municipality is surrounded by a forested landscape, to the northwest by the White Stream Valley Nature Park, to the east by the Podkomorskie Forests and the Brno Dam.
