Parking is available in a closed parking lot or in front of the house.
It's not a matter of renting a dorm and paying for a bed, we're looking for decent working people in this part of the house, not agency people, ideally married couples or partners who want their privacy and don't want to share a dorm.
The house has a common corridor with several apartments.
Ideal for people who work in the industrial area of Shepherds, the leases are for a minimum of 6 months and can be renewed at any time.
The price per person is 6000/month including energy if you are a couple, each apartment is for 2 people, for individuals we do not occupy or at full rate.
Garzonak is equipped with dishes, 2 beds, kitchenette, refrigerator and wardrobe.
It's all written in the lease, and a deposit of one month's rent is required.
