I'm renting a fully equipped 2+1 apartment in the village of Hazel Lhota near the industrial zone of Shepherds, ideal for agency employees or someone for a group of people who work in this area.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, I don't want to rent it as a hostel for 7000Kč per bed, I want a fixed amount that will include electricity, water and heating in the price.
It would be $56,000 per bed, I'm asking $36,000 regardless of whether it's for two or eight people, or if it's going to be constantly changing.
This model is perfect for the company as a base.
I don't do daily or weekly stays but from one month up.
Ideally, at least a year.
The apartment is located in a house with several separate apartments.
There's a local tavern, a food court, and county buses.
