I am offering for sale a set of five plots of land in the cadastral area of Údlice, Chomutov district, with a total area of 11 423 m2.
The village is located on the outskirts of the village of Údlice, about 4 km from the center of Chomutov, with good access to the city and to the main transport routes.
The land is mostly flat with a very gentle slope and is located at an altitude of approximately 285 m above sea level. The set consists of a combination of arable land, permanent grassland, water areas and other areas.
According to the current spatial plan, the land is located outside the built-up area of the municipality, mainly on agricultural land and partly in a designated area for sport and recreation following the planned development of a sports complex in the municipality.
Given its location in the floodplain of the Chomutovka stream, the site is intended mainly for use without above-ground structures, for example for recreational or sports areas.
