I am renting a 1i +KK apartment in a new building in Boroch (Tomislav P. Kolaković street), 4/4 floor + outdoor parking. The area of the apartment is 31,72m2 with a loggia (without roof) of 3,39m2, basement cubicle (1,74m2) by agreement (at the price of course). The apartment has air conditioning (smart with the possibility of control via wifi + windfree mode), refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric oven, induction board, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer (the apartment is rented without faucets and hoses).
Close to Kaufland, McDonald's, Hornbach, Merkury market, Hospital, Metro and Bory Mall (many shops and services including restaurants, cafes, post office and cinema).
The total price per month is 730€/person.The price consists of: - €595 per month for rent, including parking and internet, - €135 per energy/person (price by arrangement for 2 persons).
I prefer long-term rentals, non-smoking, small pets are allowed by arrangement.
When the contract is signed, a one-month energy lease and a deposit of one-month energy lease, including energy, is paid (the deposit is returned at the end of the lease).
No RK - no real estate fee.
