Two-bedroom apartment for rent.

I'm renting an apartment of about 50m2, in Zápotóčeky, Matuška Street, furnished, after renovation. Free immediately. No pets. No smoking in the apartment. The apartment can only be rented by paying the rent in advance + a two-month deposit. The deposit is returned in accordance with the lease agreement. Rent for 2 persons/month: 320 Euros + advance payments and the cost of the apartment (SSE28€,SPP5€,OSBD185€,internet.12€) Any prepayments are returned after the payment in May. Duration one year with the possibility of extending the lease.
