Rental of a room in a 3-room apartment

Hello, we are renting a separate, permanent room in a three-room apartment in Petržalka on Jungmann Street.
10 minutes from the apartment there is a TPD (Tesco, pharmacy, drugstore, household goods, clothes, fax copy....). 10 minutes from the apartment there is also a tram stop, to Šafko it takes 4 minutes.
There are two people living in the apartment - quiet, tidy, 43-year-old non-smokers. The room costs 400 euros, but it can also be arranged, entry possible immediately, or by agreement, it is intended for 1 person - working, tidy, woman, no pets, Slovak nationality.
We prefer a woman of similar age and quiet nature, since we only sleep or relax in the apartment, no parties have ever been here, only peace and quiet 🙂
