We are a young couple looking for an older family house in the area of the Lesser Carpathians ideally right in the forest or near the forest (e.g. Madra, Harmony area).
We are looking for: - an older family house (we expect a gradual renovation, but when buying it should be in a condition that allows us to move in immediately) - location: Modra, Pezinok, Limbach, Sveti Jura and the surroundings of the Little Carpathians - land in private ownership - paved access road - engineering networks
We've secured financing through a mortgage, so we're looking for a family home on the deed (not a vacation rental).
