There is a public transport station, a city park, a swimming pool, a pharmacy, a medical center, a school and a kindergarten nearby. Payments:Rent is 8800, - CZK + advance on services 2550, - CZK (heating, heating hot water, water, warehouse, electricity, common rooms, elevator, drainage, heat melting). Deposit on electricity is 400,-Kč, advance on gas is 250, - CZK. In the interview there are three deposits.
