The annual fee for renting a campsite is EUR 7 000 and includes water, electricity and accommodation.The campsite season runs from 15 June to 15 September.
The house is suitable as an investment thanks to its attractive location and the demand for camping accommodation, it generates a seasonal income of around EUR 13 000.
