Built-up areas forming an economic unit

The bankruptcy trustee Moderndach sp. z o.o. will sell the built-up areas constituting the economic unit together with the stake in the internal roads, i.e. (a) the right of ownership of the land plot No 422 of 0,4691 ha, located in Łochocin, Lipno municipality, built with a building constituting a separate property, registered in the register No WL1L/00023714/1, managed by the District Court of Wiewice, V Department of the Inland Roads Court; (b) the right of ownership of the land plot No 423 and 424 of a total area of 0,2288 ha, located in Lipno, Lipno municipality, built with a building constituting a separate property, registered in the register No WL1L/00023714/1, managed by the District Court of Wiewice, V Department of the Inland Roads Court; (c) the right of ownership of the land plot No 423 and 424 of a total area of 0,2288 ha, located in Lipno, Lipno municipality, built with a building constituting a separate property, located in the register No WL1L/409/259/1963, in the village of Wiewice, WL 409/259/1963, managed by the District Court, V District Court, V District Court, managed by the land plot No WL409/259/259/6763, in the land plot No WL/259/196, managed in the village of Wiewice, managed by the WL 409/259/67/000; (c) the right of ownership of the land used by the land plot No WL.

Building on plot No 424: Function: warehouse; Building area 45 m2; Built from scratch. Electrical installation.

Building No 1: 3 buildings forming a compact building adjacent to each other and functionally connected to each other; Function: production-storage-social; Used area: 930 m2; Year of construction: 1970; Paved with bricks; Installations: electrical, C.O., plumbing and sewerage, telephone.
Building No 2: Function: Dockyard Useful area: 10,87 m2; Built from scratch.
The total usable area of all buildings is 1246,27 m2.
Access to the national road DK67 provides access to the inland roads.
The Commission shall draw up a report in respect of the delegation of power not later than nine months before the end of the five-year period.
The minimum price: PLN 1,505,437.50 (one million five hundred and five thousand four hundred and thirty-seven 50/100).
For the sale item of 18 March 2024, estimated operations have been made.
The Commission notes that the Commission has not received any comments from the Greek authorities on the application of Article 107 (3) (c) of the Treaty.
