Bankruptcy trustee of Emilia Kędrza not conducting business in bankruptcy, in the bankruptcy proceedings brought by the Regional Court of Toruń under the act TO1T/GUp-s/697/2025; will sell freely:
- 1/2 in the title to land built as a single-family dwelling in Służewie, Służewskie Pole 13 B of the Municipality of Aleksandrów Kujawski (inventory number: 2.1), for which the Aleksandrowski Kujawski District Court keeps a perpetual register numbered WL1A/00038517/7 at a price not lower than the estimated price of PLN 118 250,00 (in words: PLN 83 250,00), provided that: - the buyer has agreed in advance to cover the minimum price quoted in the contract, i.e. the price quoted in the contract, - the sale will not be concluded later than 12 April 2026.
