We offer for rent a nice penthouse apartment with a 1+1 layout, which is located on the 3rd floor - the attic of a brick house in a great location in Pilsen on Slovan. The house is located in a quiet building of mostly family and smaller apartment buildings.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, a bedroom, a hall, a bathroom and a dressing room. The tenant is almost fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet, the washing machine is not part of the equipment.
The owners prefer non-smokers, no pets, citizens of the Czech Republic. The apartment is suitable for 1 person, maximum for a couple. The owners require solid and decent dealings, which they themselves offer.
For athletes, the location offers many advantages, such as the proximity of a cycling track, tennis courts or the nearby Škoda Sportpark. You can relax while walking around the Radbuzy River or in the Homolka Park.
