We are offering a newly constructed, insulated hall at Bynina No. 175, Valašské Meziříčí for long-term lease.
The total floor area of the building is 766.76 m2, of which 51.11 m2 is social space and 22.4 m2 is office space.
Technical parameters and equipment: The hall is insulated with PIR panels 80 mm thick. The floor is made of a high-strength wire reinforced concrete with a strength of 200 mm, suitable even for higher loads. The light height is at least 6 m on the sides and up to 10 m at the top, which allows efficient storage and handling of goods.
The entrance to the facility is provided from all four sides by industrial revolving doors (north and south: 4 340 × 4 350 mm, east and west: 2 840 × 4 350 mm).
The storage area of the hall is not heated, while the offices and social areas are electrically heated by air conditioning units.
Engineering grids and access: The facility is connected to a municipal water supply, has its own wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and a rainwater retention tank. The electrical connection is currently secured at 63 A with a planned increase to 100 A. Gas is not introduced into the facility. Access is provided on the basis of walking and driving loads.
