We are offering for sale the famous Ring Hotel in the village of Svinčice, Lužice, in a picturesque green valley between the towns of Most and Teplice.
The hotel complex is located in the centre of the village, on a plot of land of 5 294 m2 and consists of two separate buildings. Together, it offers a considerable accommodation capacity: 100 beds in 47 rooms, which are of a decent standard, these are 2-4 bed rooms with their own social facilities, refrigerator and TV. One of the rooms is renovated to a luxury standard with its own hot tub and minibar and a great example of the standard into which the remaining rooms can be reconstructed.
The complex offers ample parking spaces, several social halls, two separate restaurants, fitness and wellness facilities, all on a large plot of land right in the centre of the village, just a short walk from the local renowned racecourse.
Building A has two restaurants (usually only one in operation, the other for occasional events), two large industrial kitchens with complete facilities for operation, large social rooms suitable for holding conferences or family celebrations, a billiard hall, an underground social club and large spaces serving as a fitness centre. Building B has rooms with their own social facilities, a sauna area and a relaxation room.
The separate building B offers smaller rooms of a lower standard than building A. The building has a sauna and rest room in the ground floor, and a former local shop on the side of the building - complete with furnishings and storage spaces.
Hotel Ring was built in 1987, is connected to all networks and is sold including equipment. The overall condition of the building is very good, the building is continuously being renovated, has a completely new roof.
The quality of the current management is evidenced by the excellent ratings of the hotel and restaurant visitors.
