Slovak Estate s.r.o. is offering for sale co-ownership

Slovak Estate s.r.o. offers for sale co-ownership interests in agricultural land in the vicinity of the village of Dolná Streda, Galanta district.

COMMISSION: Land reclamation is a project taking place throughout the territory of the Slovak Republic, the task of which is to collect very fragmented and disorganized land in the extravilan (uninterrupted territory forests, meadows, land...) in Slovakia. After reclamation, each landowner is calculated his total area in a given cadastral territory and gets his land on one (or more) plots of land in 100% 1/1, where he will be the sole owner of the entire land and will be able to dispose of it at his discretion.
