We offer for sale a wooden log cabin located in the cottage settlement of Magurka, which belongs to the village of Partizánska Ľupča. The cabin is approximately 20 minutes by car from Partizánska Ľupča. There is also an access road leading to the log cabin from Liptovská Osada through Liptovská Lužná and Železnô, covering about 15 km. In winter we recommend chains or four-wheel drive.

Magurka is situated highest among all settlements not only within region of Liptov but across whole Slovakia (at elevation level of 1050 meters above sea level under ridge line of Low Tatras mountains range), attracting visitors thanks to its pristine nature environment.
Nearby there are thermal swimming pools such as Thermal Park Bešeňová –15km away,
Aquapark Tatralandia - 40km away,
Liptovská Mara water reservoir where various types of water sports activities may be tried out - distance being just some 38 km long ride while skiing opportunities during cold season exist either at resort Jasna (approx. driving time ca. 55 km),
or Ski park Ružomberok (distance approx. driving time ca. 30 km). Village named Vlkolínec listed in UNESCO heritage sites list lies close by too.
