I rent a dry, spacious garage with electricity in an apartment building

I'm renting a dry, spacious garage with electricity in an apartment building at 819 Raisova Street.
The dimensions of the vehicle entrance: 2.4x2m (I parked the Octavia 4 without any problem, for example).
Internal dimensions: 3,4x6,1m (within then on the left side from the view of the entrance the pillar, see photo, takes up approximately 1x0,5m of space)
Free from 1.5.2026.
A new electrical system is being installed in the garage, currently waiting to be connected by the distributor, and should be ready for use by early May.
Electricity can be rewritten or I can keep it on.
There's no parking on this side of the street, so there's no problem getting in/out, the garage is warm all year round, so I can leave a table in the back, otherwise, of course, it'll be handed over for eviction.
Price CZK 3500 per month + EL, deposit of 2 months rent, without commission.
