We offer for sale a farmstead in the village of Nemyslovice. It consists of three buildings and the total area of the land is 3435 m2.
The main building (warehouse) has a built-up area of 975 m2 and is a single-story building. There are two separate buildings on the property, each with a built-up area of 220 m2, which are two-story with used attic space.
A new partition wall is currently being built, which will define the boundary between the object and the adjacent part of the complex. The wall is already partially implemented and after completion will ensure a clear physical and visual separation of the two parts.

C) Conditionally permissible use: - the condition for the location of main and permissible use buildings is compliance with noise limits on the boundary of areas with a protected outdoor space, protected outdoor space of buildings and protected indoor space of buildings.
D) Not permissible use - all buildings and activities whose negative effects on the environment exceed the permissible limit specified in the relevant regulations - health care, housing
E) Spatial arrangement conditions: Max. height of buildings 12m, except for technological equipment
