The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a panel house with an elevator on Sládkovičova Street. The apartment offers parking on the street in front of the house, without blue zones. The apartment consists of two rooms facing north, a living room and kitchen facing south, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen line includes a refrigerator with a freezer, a gas oven, an electric oven, a digester and a washing machine. In the bathroom there is a classic bathtub and a bathtub without mirrors. The rooms are equipped, completely empty.
