We would like to offer you a long-term rental of a holiday cottage, located in the foothills of the Eagle Mountains, right by the forest in the peaceful bay of the Zdobnice River. There are many magical tourist routes through the adjacent forests, the train station is a few hundred meters away from the cottage, you can comfortably take a train to explore the surroundings, or you can also use the nearby tennis courts. Bartoš's cottage offers you a nice summer and winter vacation and is a beautiful place for family holidays.
On the ground floor of the cottage there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, which heats the whole building, there is also one bedroom with 3 beds and a TV (+ SAT) and a bathroom + WC. In the attic there is 1 bedroom for up to 5 people (Since the cottage is rather small, we recommend occupying a maximum of 5 people).
The rental fee is CZK 20,000, plus an energy deposit. The tenant will pay for the electricity directly from the supplier. When signing the lease agreement, the first rent of CZK 20,000, a refundable deposit of the monthly rent and a remuneration of CZK 50,000 are required.
The surroundings are ideal for hiking, fishing, cycling, hunting and there are many tourist and cultural attractions and excursions for children nearby. I recommend visiting Potštejn, for example, where there is a beautiful castle and under the castle the western campsite Vochtánka (with weekend programs), the smaller castle Litice, the castle Doudleby nad Orlicí (with Sunday markets), the beautiful castle Častolovice (with a large park and walkways for children + mini zoo), the castle Koštelec nad Orlicí, the castle Rychnov Kná, the chateau Vyhlídka, the viewpoint Andrlův chlum.
The River Sports Centre in Orlice Mountains offers various tourist attractions, including cable cars, mountain tricycles, roller coasters, a cable car park and cycling.
