On the basis of the exclusive authorization of the owner, I offer to rent a spacious apartment 2+1 without balcony with a total area of 59 m2 on Sokolská Street in Zlín.
The landlord offers courteous and fair treatment and appreciates a tenant who takes care of the apartment as his own.
The apartment is fully furnished (table with chairs, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, seating set, conference table, shelves, beds, wardrobe and dresser), painted and cleaned. The living room is a passageway. The apartment also has a small room with a washing machine. It is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. The orientation is to the north (kitchen) and to the south into the inner block (living room and bedroom). The apartment includes a basement.
The apartment building has been revitalized, has an optical Internet connection, the energy efficiency of the building is D.
LOCATION A desirable location with all civic amenities (shops, kindergartens, schools, playgrounds, cycle paths, yoga studios, etc.) and excellent transport access to both the city centre and Fryšták.
FINANCE Rent CZK 10 689, advances on services (excluding electricity and gas) CZK 3 048 and security of CZK 27 000.
