I am selling forest land located within the cadastral district of Horní Bousov. The property includes two parcels:

- Parcel No. 300/2 registered as forested area totaling 32,091 sqm (forest age is 116 years old with tree species including oak, pine, spruce, ash, larch, locust, beech, birch and hornbeam; another part has an age of 90 years consisting mainly of oak and pine trees). A third section measures only 8 years old featuring maple, beech and oak among others.

- Parcel No. 354 also classified as woodland covering a surface area amounting to 27,543 sqm (the oldest portion dates back to approximately one hundred sixteen year ago comprising primarily oaks and pines while younger sections boast acacias at fourteen plus five year intervals respectively).

The terrain varies between flat ground and gentle slopes accessible via dirt road leading up to it. We hold full ownership rights over these lands which span across fifty nine thousand six hundred thirty four square meters altogether.
