I am looking for a garage in Piešt'any near the railway and bus stations. The garage is in good technical condition, dry, well-maintained, with solid roof and functional gate. Access road without any problems throughout the year, suitable for ordinary passenger car. Lockable access necessary. Electricity would be an advantage but it is not required.
The land underneath the garage must be privately owned.
I prefer serious offers, possibility of quick agreement and immediate purchase. Fair approach and correct dealing as a matter of course.
