I'm renting a 3+1 apartment with a dressing room, living room and basement in a quiet residential building in Vápenná.
The apartment has a total area of 70,00 m2 and consists of a hallway/corridor, a dressing room, a social area (bathroom and toilet), a kitchen, a living room with entrance to the lodge and two separate living rooms. The apartment has a tasteful layout, the living rooms are separate and unobstructed, there is enough storage space. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with an oven, a glass cooker, a digester, a refrigerator and a washing machine. In the bedroom a wardrobe. And in the social area a washroom, a bathtub and a toilet.
Apartment located in a panel apartment building, on the fifth floor above ground/fourth floor, with elevator access. Apartment after a complete renovation (lacking a kitchen countertop - now being finished), apartment house after revitalization.
Apartment suitable for solvent clientele, which will be subject to lustration. Rent is set at CZK 11,000/month + services/energy amount of CZK 4,000 (depending on the number of people) + electricity (to be written off). Refundable deposit of CZK 22,000 + remuneration of CZK 11,000 is required. The apartment is available immediately. Tours are possible by prior arrangement.
