I offer for rent a paved area at the industrial site of KOVPLUS in the village of Košolány nad Hornádom. The village is located only 5 km from Košice and 24 km from Prešov.
It is possible to lease space starting from a minimum of 400 up to 3000 m². The surface is paved with concrete panels and asphalt. Spaces are suitable for storing materials, goods or parking vehicles and machinery.
Please note that there is increased dustiness in this part of the site.
The rental price is €1.00/m²/month plus VAT. A discount may be available for larger spaces.
There is also an option to rent office spaces and changing rooms along with the area.
