For sale is a forested plot located in the cadastral area of Buršice within the municipality of Kolinec, Klatovy District. The parcel has an area of 3,423 square meters and bears parcel number 216. It lies on gently to moderately sloped terrain accessible via an unpaved municipal road leading up to it from below. Young spruce, beech, birch, and larch stands approximately 17 years old can be found across its surface. In the upper part there are also older specimens of firs, spruces, and larches present. Additionally scattered throughout the site is abundant multi-aged natural regeneration consisting primarily of spruce, beech, birch trees as well as some fir saplings reaching various ages at maturity stages too.
