The apartment underwent a full reconstruction according to our long-standing verified practice standards. This was not about quick fixes for effect but honestly done work that should function well over the long term—not only look good upon handover.
For us, 'reconstruction' means really doing everything from A to Z throughout the entire apartment. The floors were poured again—no layering on old foundations. Electrical wiring is completely new throughout the apartment as well as wastewater and water supply systems. Each part has its own standard we maintain across all projects.
The interior design follows a modern clean style emphasizing timelessness and practicality. Layout and finishes correspond to today’s sense—high quality foundation without need for further investments
