We offer rent of a total of 7 separate storage units approximately 100 m² in size each. The property is currently undergoing renovation allowing us to fine-tune details specifically tailored to future tenants' needs.
Each unit has its own entrance suitable also for deliveries along with handling space right outside the premises as well as parking options available. Ceiling height will be around 3.5 meters ensuring enough room for efficient storage operations.
The project includes possibility of individual modifications such as installation of air conditioning or additional heating systems all based on specific tenant requests.
Renovations will take place gradually starting with completion of interior spaces within each unit followed by exterior works including final facade design per visualizations provided.
Fee amounts to 150 CZK/m²/month equaling roughly 15,000 CZK monthly per one unit excluding VAT required deposit equal two months rental amount agency commission equals one month's rent
