The total area of the co-ownership shares is 11,649.75 m2 and the plots are registered on property sheets No. 692, 978, 1480, 1231 and 1575 for the cadastral area of Zábiedovo, where they are listed as Permanent Grassland and Arable Land on the property sheets.

The plots are suitable for farmers, hunters, beekeepers or as investment properties and for an ongoing project called komasácie (consolidation).
KOMASÁCIE: The consolidation of plots is a project taking place throughout Slovakia aimed at consolidating very fragmented and unresolved land in rural areas (unbuilt areas such as forests, meadows, arable land etc.) across Slovakia after consolidation each plot owner will receive their total acreage within that cadastral area on one (or more) plot(s) under full ownership title (e.g., 1/1), allowing them exclusive control over it according to their own discretionary decisions.
These territories are being consolidated based on several factors gradually so buying shareholdings in these lands represents a good investment choice since like other types of real estate its value increases almost constantly year by year.
The stated price includes all legal services including preparation purchase agreements registration with cadastre office administrative fees.
