It's located on the ground floor of a new construction (prefabricated buildings under retirement home). Layout: Kitchen with living room, separate bedroom, bathroom connected to toilet, pantry / small space suitable for storage + balcony. The apartment is partially furnished - bed, kitchen unit, stove, wardrobe in the bathroom and toilet. When renting you pay a deposit equivalent to 3 months' rent. Rent price is €420 + utilities (€150 advance payments, energy billing once per year usually results in overpayment depending on tenant...) Of course I can provide invoices for utilities upon request.
