I offer for sale forest land in cadastral area of Janske Udoli-Kovarov. It consists of:
p.č. 1398 registered as forest land with total area of 9,096 m2, out of which we own 5/12 i.e., 3,790 m2 (age of the forest is 115 years old - tree species represented by beech, spruce, pine, poplar, fir, ash; age of the forest is 46 years old - tree species represented by spruce),
p.č. 1404/1 registered as forest land with total area of 3,974 m2, out of which we own 5/12 i.e., 1,656 m2 (age of the forest is 100 years old - tree species represented by ash,
juneberry and maple). The plots are on flat terrain.
We own shareholding interest amounting to §5/§12 thus shareholding interest amounting to an area covering approximately 5,446 m².
