I am renting an equipped single room on the top floor of a family home in Poděbrady. The floor has an equipped kitchenette (stove, microwave oven, fridge, freezer) and a bathroom (shower stall, washing machine, dryer). Monthly rent is 10,000 CZK including all fees.
