I am renting out a garden plot located at a gardening colony close to the public swimming pool in Choceń. The area is 370 m² large, there's also a well-preserved wooden cabin of 16 m² size on it – clean condition. Concrete cellar where fruits can be stored for an entire year long, flushable ceramic toilet. Greenhouse available as well. Municipal water supply during summer season only, otherwise you have your own drilled well on site. Electricity connection has not been installed yet but could potentially connect via neighbor’s line if needed later down the road. Price per month amounts to 2500 crowns.
