The size is approximately 300 m², featuring lawns, fruit trees, grapes, vegetable patch, and a small house including kitchenette, pantry room and cellar. Electricity supply available while water needs to be fetched from the nearby river Parna. Dry toilet provided as well. You can drive right up to the property entrance by car. Suitable for relaxation activities such as growing plants, sitting outside or having barbecues / grilling sessions... (not suitable for year-round living). Minimum rental period of one year applies herein. Monthly fee amounts to €220 plus electricity costs which depend on consumption but typically range between €5-10.
