I am selling only my share with an area of 890,802 m² (89.08 ha). (which makes up 94% of the total area).
The remaining share with an area of 61,790 m² (6.18 ha) is owned by co-shareholder Roman Catholic Church (which makes up 6% of the total area).
A portion of the land borders State forests. In future there's possibility to solve exchange of lands with State.
