Hello, I am looking for a long-term rental of an apartment or smaller house in the locality of Železná Ruda, Špičák, or near the Bohemian Forest area.
I am a serious tenant (family - 1 child, entrepreneur), non-smoker without any issues. I'm looking for a quiet place for regular stay and long-term cooperation.
✔ Preferably long-term lease (at least 1 year)
✔ Layout ideally 2+kk up to 3+kk / smaller house
✔ Parking possibility is advantageous
For me it is important to have stable agreement - I look for something on a longer term basis,
