(+VAT) , Dumrealit.cz will arrange rental of an administrative building which is part of a fenced private area in ul. Libušina, Olomouc - Chválkovice. In front of the building there is a huge showroom, two offices, meeting room, kitchenette. Then follows social facilities including shower, three offices, warehouse. The building is heated by its own gas boiler, water heating via boiler. For takeover it will be non-residential space without existing equipment of current tenant.

There are currently also two warehouses available in the complex:
- Size: 1543 square meters,
- Size: 1245 square meters.
If these were included within lease agreement then more attractive overall rental rate could potentially be negotiated.
