I am renting out an apartment 2+1 measuring 34 m² located on the 5th floor of a house without an elevator. The apartment has been renovated and is in very nice, well-maintained condition.
It is situated right at the square in Cesky Tesin and offers excellent accessibility to the city center as well as all civic amenities. Schools, kindergartens, bus and train stations are within walking distance.
The monthly costs amount to CZK 12,000, whereof CZK 8,500 constitutes net rent and CZK 3,500 are advance payments for utilities.
The deposit amounts to three months' rents plus agency commission of one month's rent.
The apartment can be moved into starting March 1st, 2026.
