We offer for rent a smaller family house in a quiet area of the town of Solnice, on Poříčí Street. The layout of the house includes: porch, hallway, kitchen with dining room and living room, bedroom, bathroom with toilet and attic which is currently under reconstruction. A workshop and technical room are connected to the house. Heating is provided by heat pumps or fireplace stoves. It's also possible to use the garden covering an area of 710 m2. We prefer long-term rental but it can be leased with subsequent purchase option. The house is ready to move into immediately. Note about price: Energy deposits amount to 6,000 CZK per month while security deposit equals 56,900 CZK and commission fee amounts to 12,950 CZK when purchasing after lease period ends if applicable.
