We offer under exclusive representation of the owner long-term lease of a terraced garage in Havířov Prostřední Suchá on Nový Svět Street. Good access by paved road to the garage lot, large maneuvering space near the entrance suitable also for cars pulling trailers or vans delivery vehicles can pay water usage within premises to wash their vehicles there too only serious tenants able to afford it will be considered landlord reserves right to choose tenant based on his criteria availability upon agreement viewings possible after arrangement made through brokerage firm.
